loopworks is an AI-native technology company building an operating system around the individual. We’re developing the platform and building the team that will bring it to market.
These roles own core engineering, financial discipline and the People systems behind our next stage. You’ll work with colleagues across product, engineering, data, design and company operations.
You’ll join while foundational product and operating decisions are still being made, with meaningful responsibility for what we build and how we build it.

Our founders and team bring experience across product, engineering, creativity, data and company building, with prior experience at Google, WPP, Publicis, The Trade Desk, People Inc., WebMD · Medscape, TomorrowVentures and MediaMath.
We’re expanding that team with people who have built in AI-native companies, frontier AI labs, developer platforms and advanced software businesses. We value relevant work, clear judgment and the ability to build.

Four in-office days per week initially. After six months, one additional remote day may be approved based on performance, role and business needs.
